The hotel was 3/5, room 3.5-needs a vent, food 2/5- quality isn’t too good, wish they have more fruits, cleaning service 2.5/5- there was still dust and hair on the floor after cleaning. I wish the coffee was hot often. Most of the time, it was cold.

The sheets were stained with brown caca. The guy in the front did not care that the dogs were barking all night. Yes somebody lived there with dogs and cats and kids who was on the third floor running around all night long not only that it’s smelled like dog poo and dog pee on the second floor where I stayed and not only that they gave me someone else’s room at first when we first got there which should’ve been a very big red flag, not only that the people on the second floor were screaming and yelling at each other all night, calling each other, crackheads opening and slamming doors. The tenant downstairs did not care. I kept saying that they were being loud they didn’t care they told me it was an extended stay like that was an excuse very gross place. They don’t clean they clean like they wipe their ass gross very gross if I could give this place a negative freaking zero I would cause it is nasty and if I were you, I wouldn’t stay here and I would tell my family members, and I would say everything I could about it cause it’s gross and no one should stay here they should actually condemn this place

Everything to me was great. The only problem I have is the bed sheet had some tiny stains at the head of the bed. The towels were definitely stained. I pointed them out to the manager and he took care of it.

The room wasn’t clean, there was a dead bug behind the toilet and when u lifted up the trash can there was a small pile of hair under it and the toilet seat was very loose and I had to tighten it. Plus there was different sized black hairs on the pillows and bed spread.

Room was gross. Food crumbs on the tables, hair in the shower (I’m bald…) the shower was painted with like an acrylic paint? Super slick when wet. The drain on the sink didn’t work. In a sketchy spot of the city. Overall would not recommend. On the bright side the counter employees are super nice!
