This hotel is old and needs to be refurbished badly. When we first entered the room I could smell cigarette smoke and there were burns from cigarettes in the carpet. We were upgraded to a suit but the furniture was neglected and the refrigerator didn’t work. The walls were paper thin and we heard the children on both sides of our room. The room door was hollow and the lock didn’t work. We could hear everything on the other side of the door. There was quite the draft by the windows as one wouldn’t lock. Not considering the construction being done the windows didn’t block any sound. The sound of the crosswalk could be heard beeping 10 floors up night and day. Also there were no alarm clocks but also very few places to charge a cell phone. On the plus side the valet people were stellar and deserve a raise. The bed was comfortable. We asked for an obscene amount of towels and house keeping happily provided. We have stayed multiple times at the Sheraton across the street and never had noise issues or the myriad of the other issues.

Saturday morning and Sunday morning approximately 5:45 AM . Somebody using a leaf blower outside the window on the street Saturday evening several young children running around late at night banging on doors so we were unable to get a good nights rest both nights.

Balcony view was of a demolition site so not the best. I upgraded to the club floor and paid more for it to find out the lounge was closed on the weekends so it was a pointless upgrade. Room definitely needs to be updated. Half of the plug ins didn’t work.

First room they tried to out me in smelled of pet urine very badly so I was moved to another room. Rooms are very worn out and need severe updating. Handle to fridge was broke and I had to use a hanger to pry it open. Stained carpet & walls. Balcony comes with room but it is locked so they are no longer usable. Breakfast was expensive and sub par. The hotel is very run down and needs so many updates and repairs. Only pro - bed was comfortable

The room is noisy. Conversation from hallway outside is clearly heard. Toilet flap is worn out causing water internally leaked. The worst is a morning call to my room at 13th floor from the hotel kitchen starting around 5:20am. My room is filled with bacon smell. The restaurant is not open until 6:30am.

Couch has mysterious bodily fluid looking stains, sheets had orange stains, bathroom trash didn't have bag, valet extremely backed up and made it hard to check on
