The accommodation is on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday home with a total of five apartments and is ideal for couples or small families looking for peace, sun and proximity to the sea.



The 50 m² holiday apartment offers space for up to four people and consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a sofa bed. From here, you can directly access the private, covered balcony with sea view, equipped with seating furniture, a parasol, and a cosy Hollywood swing. The balcony leads directly into the garden – perfect for starting the day with breakfast outdoors.



The kitchen is functionally equipped and features an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, and all cooking and dining utensils. In the living area, SAT-TV, WiFi, and air conditioning are available. Bed linen and towels are provided.



In the outdoor area, guests can use the garden terrace and the barbecue area. A private car park is located directly at the house. Pets are welcome, however, a surcharge per night will be charged.



The location is quiet and yet central: The next supermarket is only 100 m away, a restaurant can be reached after 300 m. The town centre of Okrug Gornji with further shopping opportunities, bars and cafés is about 1 km away. Split Airport is only 8 km away and you can reach the UNESCO city of Trogir in just a few minutes.
