The setting is nice, lovely bushes around and quiet. Handy to shops just up the road. After declining the first two rooms we were shown the third room was good. Completely renovated, new kitchen, bathroom, paint, curtains, carpet, etc. Small and compact but clean and warm. Unfortunately the first two rooms we were shown were terrible and I feel they shouldn't be rented out until they are upgraded. Staff nice.

I had a great stay at Abaco on Jervois. The room was nicely laid out and the kitchenette had everything I needed. It's within walking distance to the waterfront and there was good parking at the hotel.
