If you are looking for variety and tranquility, this beautiful stone vacation home with a magnificent view of nature is just what you need. Recharge your batteries here in the hamlet of Malviès in the Occitan hinterland, 1 hour from the Mediterranean beaches.



Simple but functional, this gorgeous mountain home offers plenty of space and charm with exposed beams, paneling, arches, and thick stone walls to keep you cool in this particularly sunny region. In addition to the stunning panoramic terrace, you'll enjoy a pretty green garden.



This old sheepfold, will particularly satisfy hikers. The Massif du Caroux is called the "Mountain of Light", with an exceptional environment of rocks, needles and gorges. A variety of trails and roads lead from the house through the woods and the mountain. One of the marked routes called "Petite Randonnée" (17 kilometers long) is aimed at experienced hikers. It starts from the old listed village of Olargues (3 km) and leads to the Pan du Naudech, where you can enjoy a 360 degree panorama.



At its feet is the magnificent 12th century medieval village of Olargues, which includes Malviès. It is one of the "most beautiful villages in France" and is crossed by the waters of a river full of fish. It is dominated by the old keep of a castle, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view and observe the magnificent alleys.



Other activities in the area: climbing (Gorges d'Héric 10 km), canoeing (Tarassac 10 km), 9-hole golf course and thermal baths in Lamalou-les-Bains (23 km).

Jolie maison mais ne correspondant pas à l'annonce

Annonce non conforme : - la maison ne se trouve pas à 1,5Km d'Olargues mais à 5km au terme d'une petite route de montagne sinueuse et étroite (impossibilité de se croiser sur 1/4 du parcours) - la maison ne dispose pas de climatisation comme annoncée, heureusement les pièces restent fraiches - le garage annoncé n'est pas accessible - la douche est conçue avec un flexible trop court et un robinet à 1 mètre du bac ! - le va-et-vient électrique de l'escalier fonctionne de manière aléatoire La maison a beaucoup de charme et est spacieuse. Bien qu'au coeur d'un petit hameau, elle est très calme. La vue est jolie depuis la terrasse principale (attention aux photos de l'annonce qui ont été prises ailleurs). Les denrées (sel, poivre, huile, café, thé ...) et fournitures de base (papier toilette et produits ménagers) sont fournies. Le matériel de cuisine et électroménager est complet (y compris un BBQ à gaz). Elle n'est pas recommandée avec des enfants en bas age ou pour des personnes se déplaçant difficilement (des escaliers pour accéder et circuler dans la maison). Une des chambres ne dispose p
