Stay was great! Had trouble locating all the remotes for the mini split ACs but once we found them it was easy to use-- we were there during a heat wave. Only other issue was the floors were quite dirty when we checked in. I texted with support but never received a response after I shared photos.

Kitchenware was really sparse. Needs many more , cups, utensils, pots, etc. Bathroom upstairs needs shower liner. Otherwise, everything worked out really well. Location ideal. House is adorable.

House is very spacious and very close walk to the beach (about 2 minutes). The shower in the 2nd floor bathroom only had cold water other than that no complaints. Plenty of towels and beach chairs and a cool roof deck. I would def stay here again and we had 15 people stay here comfortably. About a 10-15 minute walk to downtown/amusement area.

Wonderful getaway

The house was exactly what was in the pictures. Perfect space for our family of 7 for a nice weekend getaway. Everything was wonderful. Only complaint would be the same thing I've seen mentioned before, lack of communication with property manager. When I booked I had asked if it would be possible to check out a few hours later, since our flight wasn't until that evening. I never got any response back. There also isn't any kind of informational binder for the house. We struggled with the TV (until we realized there wasn't any cable) and how to work the heat. Those are my only complaints, the house and location can't be beat!!

Great location

Great location, loved the rooftop deck. They had plenty of towels, also beach chairs and boogie boards. They did provide all bed linens. The back patio is a little sad it would be nice to fix up and make it more inviting. The kitchen was completely disorganized, we ended up organizing it a little so it was easier to find stuff. It is a great home for a couple of families to stay in but not if you have anyone who has trouble with stairs.

AMAZING!

This property exceeded our expectations.... We loved being in such a large house where we weren't on top of each other. The house was very clean upon arrival. Just a few steps and you are on the beach, wow... so perfect! We can't wait to book this house again next year but for a longer stay!

Great Location

This property was an excellent place to stay for two families with 2 kids each. Plenty of room that we weren't ever in each other's way, and the sleeping arrangements provided the perfect amount of privacy and fun for the kids. Being both in walking distance to the beach and a couple of convenience stores, and far enough away from the main bustle of downtown OOB, made this extra good. The only "negative" was that the backyard could do with some repair and it was really overgrown with weeds. A little firepit or something out there would be excellent, but all in all would definitely stay here again.

Location and space!

We were two families of four sharing this house and it was perfect for a classic Old Orchard Beach experience. Super close to the beach and short walk to the pier that even my 3 year old could walk. Lots of space, many towels, and the roof deck was great for the grownups. Everything we had hoped for!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very close to the beach. It was a great location. The plastic dinnerware was disappointing for the price that you pay for the rental but other then that the house worked with our family. The street is a bit busy day and night so if your looking for quiet this wouldn’t work for you. Overall we’d stay again if looking in OOB.

This was not a good experience having paid soo much for 3 days. Started with a lockbox found open and no key in it. Other lockbox code did not work so had to contact Vacassa. Finally got in just to find sand on all floors, and hadn't been to the beach. Not good when you have a crawling grandchild! Bathroom showers were gross, and the rugs in there were disgusting. One bathroom doorknob was falling off, and the door would not stay closed. It is a large place and the beds seemed clean. The kitchen had everything you would need, and the refrigerator was clean. Minimal supplies of toilet paper, dishwasher pods and washing machine detergent was available. The patio area is not a very appealing place to hang out. It could be, with just a little effort. It seems that the property owners do not check on what their property looks like. I will not rent a Vacassa property again, especially after paying their hefty charge for "cleaning".

Nice place nice location, minor improvements helpful

The property interior is very clean. Our experience was marred by the cleaning staff being obviously overwhelmed with the clean up required by prior renter. Check-in was delayed. The property is well described online. However; the back yard needs upkeep. Weeds and bits of debris detract from its appearance. On the other hand, the roof top sundeck is a pleasant retreat. Having rented thru HomeAway/vrbo before, we expected to find a book providing useful hints about the property, etc. There was no such material and the property manager was not accessible for two days. Beach towels mentioned in property description were missing and not furnished. Overall it’s a nice property. We had the sense that details were overlooked due to an overwhelming clean-up and recent opening of the property following COVID restrictions.
