We all had a wonderful time, the pool access was right out the back door. The house was a little smaller than anticipated (especially kitchen area) , though the bedrooms are huge, and worked for us (total 4 adults and 3 kids). Place was very clean and comfortable. I thought beach would be closer, never did find the walking 10 minute beach. The pier is only a 5 minute drive but about 30 minute walk, very crowded, we preferred the pool. The Birdie restaurant right down the street, 5 minute walk had good pub type food and good place with kids. Funtown/splash town only 10 minute drive. Jason, owner was great and very quick to answer any questions before and during stay. He had everything we needed (even beach towels). Only issue is all the additional fees, some being VRBO fees. I would definately rent from Jason again. Overall my family and I had a great time!

Our stay here when adopting our daughter who was in the NICU in Portland was wonderful. The house was clean, quiet, very comfortable and had every amenity we could have asked for. Great location close to Portland, the beach and only 2 hours from Boston. The host was amazing and very kind. Would absolutely recommend!
