Amazing stay - 10000% recommend

We had such a wonderful week! The house is beautiful and very well kept; rustic, full of Charme and very liveable. Especially with small kids, you’re not constantly worries to break something or get something dirty. The bathrooms are new and super nice! The owner was lovely and very very helpful. He even ordered us a new BBQ when we realised the old one was not working anymore. The area is brilliant with quick access to all sorts of sights - seals, boat trips, lots of ice creams, beaches and small shops. Whilst you do have to drive everywhere, you reach everything within 30-50 minutes. We were definitely not bored during out week there and did something else each day. We loved it and are hoping to come back! Thank you, Uli, for the great stay.

Netter Vermieter, Haustierfreundlich, unangenehm war das Hornissennest über der Terassentür. Durch die aktuelle Sperrung der B5 (September 25) wird die Strasse vor dem Haus als Ausweichstrecke verwendet. Ca. 30 min mit dem PKW nach SPO-Nord zum tollen weitläufigen Hundestrand. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr ŵohl gefühlt.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ich habe mit meinen Freundinnen und zwei Hunden dort eine Woche verbracht. Grundsätzlich ist man auf ein Auto oder Fahrrad angewiesen. Wenn man mit den Hunden nur eine Runde gehen will, muss man leider Wege an der Landstraße ohne Gehweg in Kauf nehmen. Das Haus selbst ist authentisch eingerichtet. Geschirr, Gläser und co waren ausreichend vorhanden. Allerdings ist der Platz zum Essen recht eng. Ich würde sagen max. vier Personen. Für Menschen, die gerne kochen, ist die Küche ungeeignet, da der Herd sehr sehr alt ist und nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig, da sich die Herdplatten auflösen, aber noch funktionstüchtig. Die Wohnlandschaft ist dagegen sehr groß und bequem.Die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön und dass die Landstraße am Grundstück entlang führt, ist nicht störend gewesen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass es an mancher Stelle etwas sauberer hätte sein können, wie zum Beispiel die Tür der Spülmaschine und der Fernseher. Auch waren die Spinnen sehr fleißig. Ist halt für ein altes Haus auch nicht ungewöhnlich, dann hätte ich in eine Hotelanlage gemusst. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein ideales Haus für Kinder und Hundebesitzer.Der Besitzer ist ist auch sehr nett und freundlich und stets gut erreichbar gewesen.

ganz gut, aber...

Es fing damit an, dass ein Empfang/Begrüssung nicht stattgefunden hat. der Vermieter hat sich bis heute nicht ein mal gemeldet !! Die Einrichtung des Hauses war gut, teilweise sehr hochwertig und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet. ABER : das beauftragte Reinigungsunternehmen hat seine Aufgabe recht grosszügig ausgelegt. Man durfte nicht "in die Ecken" schauen. zweites ABER : In der Beschreibung bei "fewo" war nicht die Rede davon, dass es sich hier um eine Doppelhaus-Hälfte handelt mit einem gemeinsamen Eingang !! Das war für uns deswegend nicht störend, weil die andere Hälfte zur Zeit unbewohnt ist und diese Hälfte aktuell zum Verkauf steht. letztes und grösstes ABER: das Grundstück des Hauses liegt DIREKT an einer gut befahrenen Landssstrasse !! Das Haus, bzw. die Terrasse ist 30 - 50 m von dieser Strasse entfernt. Das war schon ausgesprochen störend. Zusammengefasst . Wir haben den Eindruck, dass der Vermieter das Interesse an seiner Immobilie verloren hat (sehr schönes Grundstück an der Grenze zum Verwildern, Gesamteindruck innen : na ja) SCHADE

Schöne Herbsttage

Wir haben in der gemütlichen Friesenkate zehn wunderschöne Herbsttage verbracht. Bei regnerischem Wetter lädt die Liegewiese im Wohnzimmer zum Lesen und Träumen ein. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll-rustikal eingerichtet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus ist ganz toll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung Ausflüge zu machen. Würde es jederzeit wieder mieten. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war topp.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Zwei neue Bäder und einen wunderschönen großen und sehr idyllischen Garten, den wir ganz für uns allein hatten. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern wäre es vielleicht ganz gut zu wissen, dass in dem Garten ein Teich ist, in dem je nach Wetterlage ziemlich viel Wasser sein kann. Und auch das Treppengeländer ist für Kinder unter 3 Jahren nicht sehr sicher. Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus sehr familienfreundlich. Es gibt Spielsachen und Gesellschaftsspiele und im Garten eine tolle Baumschaukel und eine Dartscheibe. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, sodass man fast immer ein Auto braucht, dafür ist es wunderbar ruhig.

Ruhe und Erholung

Sehr erholsame Tage in einem schönen und liebevoll erhaltenen Friesenhaus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Hund konnte sich in Garten und Teich austoben. Nach SPO zum Strand braucht es ca 25 Minuten- also kein Ding. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal. Danke

Es sollte etwas investiert werden

Gut gefallen hat uns die Alleinlage des Ferienhauses. Außer Vogelgezwitscher war nichts zu hören. Die Einfahrt ist sehr unübersichtlich. Die Nähe zu SPO, Husum und klein Amsterdam war super. Die zwei Bäder sind neu, in einem Bad ist das Waschbecken sehr, sehr klein. Das Zähne putzen dort war schon eine Herausforderung. Die Bilder auf der Internetseite sollten aktualisiert werden, die abgebildeten Holzliegen haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Auch die Terrasse sollte dringend mal neu verlegt werden. Alles in allem schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem total uhrig, wir hatten eine schöne Woche.

Schönes Haus auf dem Land

Das Haus mit schönem Garten in naturnaher Umgebung hat uns als Familie mit Hund sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und alles ist zu unserer Zufriedenheit verlaufen. Wir würden bei Gelegenheit gerne wiederkommen.
