When I checked in there was ZERO information about the property. I was given my key & sent to my room. The reason I chose this property was the pool & hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t working.. disappointing & the pool was VERY COLD. Also only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. They truly need the front counter staff retrained in order to make guests aware of the free breakfast, specials at the on site restaurant, pool & hot tub facilities.
Very poorly organized by front counter staff.
Will stay at the Ramada in future.
