The MOST beautiful family room i ever experienced in all my travels. Spacious connected rooms with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi and 7 head shower. Confy bed and balcony. Nice parking under the hotel.

Preciosa ubicación en zona encantadora. La habitación era excelente y tenía un bonito balcón con vistas al patio. La recepción 24 horas fue en realidad virtual. Hablamos con el personal por intercomunicador. En un momento dado, el personal nos colgó. Había pedido una plaza de aparcamiento pero cuando llegamos me dijeron que no, y tuve que aparcar mi coche lejos del casco antiguo. Aunque dijeron que el estacionamiento estaba justo fuera del casco antiguo, los espacios siempre estaban llenos durante los 3 días que estuvimos allí, y tuvimos que estacionar un buen paseo lejos del hotel. El personal del restaurante dejó muy claro que no tenían nada que ver con el hotel, e incluso cuando preguntamos cuáles eran los horarios de apertura, nos dijeron que leyéramos los avisos en recepción.

Overnight stay in Olite

The room and bathroom were large and excellently appointed. Location perfect for walk to Olite centre. Parking a bonus - underground so cool but a little tight for large cars. Reception staff lovely, we overcame the language barrier with good humour on both sides 😊. Breakfast good value and totally COVID safe. We did not eat our evening meal there, but menu looked good. Would recommend

Very comfortable for a night, spacious and comfortable room, parking was not difficult in the nearby church lot. Decor is slightly dated but the room was clean and the hotel is located close to the main square.

Room was clean and fine. No mini-fridge. The junior suite had two beds in a little annex which didn’t have air con. So to get the area cool enough, the main room was too cold. And we were told they didn’t have extra blankets. The shower did not drain on its own. We had to sweep to water toward the drain.

Close to what you came for

When booking this hotel I thought I was booking another one, but this turned out well. Actually, in an ancient town this property is “new” and nicely done. Breakfast the usual foods Walk 300 ft to the square on which the castle lies (and what a castle it is). Be forwarned-the hotel is about 150 ft in from easy access, so your choice-pull luggage or drive in, drop, and back out of a narrow street, which I did.

Happy spot in Olite

A lovely hotel with one of the best showers ever! (Lots of room, multiple jets...) Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking on-site, but I was a bit frightened of the tight corners, so found free on-street parking close by. Great place to stay.

Great location in Olite

We stayed at La Joyosa Guarda during a short visit to Olite. The hotel is very close to the center and thus easy to get anywhere by foot. Getting to the hotel with a large car was challenging, but this is normal for small towns in Spain. We stayed in a junior suite. The room was big enough for them to provide 2 extra beds for the kids and we effectively had 2 separate rooms in the end. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean and modern.

Pleasant hotel in village centre

Lovely medivael village, just an overnight stay for us , and hotel staff were very friendly and spoke a little English which helped a lot. Bathroom s whilst initial thoughts were smart looked a little tired but hotel was worth the money , would go back

Parking in the car park was an experience - ten minutes to manoeuvre in - not recommended for larger cars or 4x4's. No breakfast before 8.30am a problem for anyone travelling on elsewhere and wanting to start early. The suite was bizarre, a very strange shape meet our needs but was not very "comfortable".

Great Hotel with AC
