Welcome to this wonderful and modern house for 4 people, with beautiful terraces, one of them next to the beach sand of La Devesa, in Oliva Nova.
If you love the sea and modern accommodations this is the best house to stay. The front terrace is basically over the sea sand and the inside offers a comfortable modernity. You can enjoy your meals at the front terrace each day, admiring the sea and the golden sand. However, you also have the back terrace where you also can spend the nicest family moments.

Inside, you'll find an airy and relaxing room combining the living area -with TV-, the dining and the kitchen. This offers an induction top, all you need to cook as if you were at home, and an air conditioner to refresh this entire room. Climbing the stairs you'll find the bathroom of the house, with a shower, and two bedrooms with a closet and a fan each. One of them offers a double bed, space for a baby cot and access to a balcony with views to the sea. The second has a trundle bed. There are a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a high-chair for your baby.

This terraced house offers direct access to the beach of La Devesa, just a few steps away. Imagine yourselves reaching the beach with just a towel to bask in the sun and swim because you can return to the house to fetch some appetisers and drinks. The area of Oliva Nova is also perfect since the golf course is just 2.8 km away and there are lots of services like bars, restaurants, etc, around.
