From this level, you have direct access to a 20 m2 south and west facing balcony equipped with balcony furniture, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and its own flat screen television. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the lower ground floor, a versatile living and sleeping room provides additional accommodation with 1 bunk bed set (90 cm by 200 cm) and 1 French bed (140 cm by 200 cm), along with a flat screen television.
