Welcome to the Old Pastorate in Assinghausen.

In the center right below the old parish church of St. Catherine is the pastorate built in 1775. The newly renovated 130 sqm combine the charm of the time-honored half-timbered house with modern comfort and moments of wellbeing.

Our house offers space for 6 people on two floors with three bedrooms. The spacious and open kitchen and dining area forms the ideal basis for convivial hours.

The cozy living area with flat TV invites you to relax after active days. In the newly designed bathrooms you can choose between a polar bear or a poppy field.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Bietet bei schönem Wetter eine tolle Terrasse und bei schlechtem Wetter gemütliche Räume zum gemeinsam Zeit verbringen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

Ich war bereits zum vierten Mal in diesem wunderschönen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und es fehlte uns an nichts. Unsere Hunde und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gibt es in Assinghausen keine Möglichkeiten mehr, etwas Essen zu gehen. Aber ein gut sortierter kleiner Supermarkt ist vor Ort und nach Olsberg ist es ein Katzensprung. Wir haben täglich den Bus genutzt um nach Olsberg, Brilon und Winterberg zu fahren.

Super Unterkunft

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, der es an nichts fehlt.Großzügige Räume, moderne sehr saubere Badezimmer. Dort gab es mehr als genügend Handtücher.Zur Begrüßung lagen Schokolade, als auch eine Flasche Sekt bereit.Ab der Unterkunft konnten wir direkt unsere Wanderungen starten. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!!

Fachwerktraum im Sauerland

Leider war unser Familienurlaub in diesem tollen Fachwerkhaus viel zu schnell vorbei.Das Haus entspricht genau den Beschreibungen und ist voll und durchdacht ausgestattet. Es ist eines der wenigen Häuser im Sauerland mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Selten so eine schöne Unterkunft gehabt.Tolle moderne Einrichtung im schönen alten Fachwerk. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Sogar ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten dann auch noch perfektes Wetter.

Das Objekt befindet sich in genau dem Zustand, wie es auch auf der Internetseite beschrieben wird. Mit sehr viel Liebe und einem stivollen Auge haben es die Gastgeber geschafft, eine sehr gemütliche und stilvolle Unterkunft herzurichten, bei der kein Wunsch offen bleibt. Der Check-In-Vorgang war sehr einfach und freundlich.

Die Kontakte mit dem Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Ankunft im Pastorat ein Willkommensgruß. Die Räume sind alle sehr harmonisch, einladend und gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts! Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Alle Decken und Bezüge frisch gewaschen. Sehr gute Matratzen. Wanderwege direkt ab dem Haus. Rundherum eine Empfehlung!

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt war rundherum gelungen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Das Objekt selber war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Assinghausen hat sich als guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Rundwanderung zu den Bruchhauser Steinen erwiesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust. Geen afgeteld servies of bestek maar alles ruim voldoende. Er staan zelfs filterzakjes, thee, kruiden, olijfolie, suiker, afwasmiddel en nog veel meer in de keuken. De ligging is ook super. Kortom een aanrader

Kuscheliges Häuschen

Wir haben ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende im alten Küsterhaus genossen. Wäre das Wetter besser gewesen, wäre es perfekt gewesen. Das Haus war komplett und mit Liebe ausgestattet. Die Betten hatten gute Matratzen. Vor allem das untere Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Handtücher waren reichlich da. Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig und trotzdem kuschelig. Auch für 6 Erwachsene und 2 (mittel und groß) Hunde war reichlich Platz. Am großen Esstisch haben wir nicht nur gegessen sondern auch gespielt. Trotz des regnerischen Wetters sind wir viel gewandert. Die Wanderungen begannen direkt vor der Haustür. Alles Nötige einkaufen konnte man im 10 Minuten entfernten Olsberg. Gut Essen im Gasthof Kettler.

Ein wunderschönes Wochenende!

Der Aufenthalt im "Alten Pastorat" war einfach nur traumhaft! So eine tolle und gemütliche Unterkunft, hat man selten.... reinkommen und wohlfühlen! Die Umgebung setzt dem ganzen noch die Krone auf! Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und haben das Wochenende absolut genossen!
