I did one night booked for 2/6-2/8/26 went down on February 7th at 7am & again at 8:30am to cancel my stay & receive my money back paid protection plan not only did i do the respectable thing to cancel reservation i checked out at 9am 2.7.26 but still paid as if i stayed so no star's poor management skills!!

First thing first I would like to say that the staff was very nice and helpful. The manager worked with me when I had to cancel a nights stay and worked with Expedia. The room is another story.
Water on the floor due to the damages of the curtain rod.
The shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall.
Shower had to be pointed at the wall to make sure water wasn’t getting all over.
Apparently this must be an animal room.

The room was very clean, and the queen size bed was comfortable. I liked the large bathroom with the walk-in shower. The staff was courteous and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious, the smell of waffles filled the hallway.

Breakfast is the normal. Hot tub jets need a little work . I ordered my room and said I had a dog and would need a bottom floor for my disability. Didn’t get that nor did they find me one for the next night. When I know one person down stairs left.

Well the room had cobwebs in the corners of the room in the closet the TV had dust bunnies behind it bigger than my cat food is okay if you like that type of thing I mean it's not bad but then again it was just scrambled eggs and I appreciative of the food but I had to hear about the flooding of the rooms from this one lady that was going berserk and the floor had carpet they looked like it had been torn up cut out and put back together recently it was a $25 a night room and it definitely wasn't a upgraded suite or anything like it there was a couple good things about the place and that was the night auditor and the easy check-in through Expedia

Staff is friendly and helpful every one of them. Looks updated, it’s clean and the pool/hot tub area is nice. Pool is heated and the grandkids enjoyed it. Room was nice and well kempt. Cleaning staff is very friendly and do a really good job. Breakfast was perfect and had a good selection. I stayed for 4 nights and it was a great stay. I will definitely return for my next visit with family.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I stayed for 4 nights visiting kids and grandchildren. Pool is heated and the pool area is very clean. The hotel looks like it’s been updated and was perfect for my stay. Breakfast is good and had the perfect selection. I was very happy with my stay. I will definitely return for my next visit and stay at this comfort inn. P.S housekeeping staff is very friendly and do a very good job as well!
