I travel often and I have never been more please with a hotel. Especially the friendliness of all the staff from the front desk to the breakfast workers to the room cleaners. I also got a call from the hotel 6 hours after checkout that I forgot a few things in my hotel. I've left things before but have never had the hotel call to tell me they are saving it at the front desk. I will use Holiday Express for other travels in other cities. THANK YOU for making my vacation better because of your great service!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the bathroom was missing tile around the tub. The parking was tight and hard to find a spot. We had to park across the way in another hotels parking area.
