I travel for work and spend 100 nights a year in hotels. I stayed here before and it was nice cut it has changed.

When I got sheets, they had weird spots.

They didn't have the room that I paid for so I had to take one with one bed which was considerably less amount and I'm counting on you to give me back the difference they are complaining of you guys over booking all the time that they've had several people come in and try to get a room that they say they paid for and then rooms are not available so I just had to accept the one bed in a room at the price I paid which the room that I paid for is an $80 night room instead of what I paid the staff was great the room was clean there's nothing wrong with that it was just a hassle trying to get a room after paying for one and that one being available therefore we got to our room like at 11:00 at night finally

Room was not clean. Did not have a shower curtain, towels, or soap. Front desk was closed by the time I noticed due to late check in early check out. Hotel declined to refund any of the money or even honor another stay. There was a dead bug on the floor.

I was not able to check in after paying for the room. I called the hotel to make sure it was ok to check in after midnight and they told me no. That the system would not allow it. They told me I just lost my money and the room. The website say you can check in until 8am.

The employee on shift when I checked in ( around if not later then 8 ‘o clock ) , I believe her name was Haley ( I’m not sure of her preferred spelling ) she was personable and friendly . The young lady whom took over the “ night shift “ on the other hand .. she said her name was “ Brittany “but I latter learned it’s Angelica . She had major unnecessary attitude and had a minor child at work with her 🤔 idk she just made the whole vibe feel ghetto . Definitely wasn’t good energy .

The room was neat and tidy and it was comfortable. All the staff that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful as well. It was a little difficult to find because it's not marked clearly from the main road with big signage. But once I found it we settled in and had a great night
