This spacious Studio condominium is in a first -floor location with great access to the outdoors you love. It is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends. Plus, it gives you an incredible ski-in/ski-out (hike in and out) experience. You are close to the KT22 chairlift, Olympic House, the Aerial Tram and more.

A sleeping zone has a queen bed separated from the living space area by a pony wall and bureau. Adjacent is the kitchenette that is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven.

The living area zone has a new sleeper sofa, and a beautiful chair with a wooden frame that add up to create a great gathering zone. The adjacent dining table seats four. The TV is in the room too. The room has a view of the Palisades Tahoe Lodge pool and the peaks beyond.

The bathroom is roomy with plenty of counter space and an oversized tub/shower.
Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals gives you access to the HOA property seasonal Pool, hot tubs (inside and outside), steam room and sauna. And don’t forget the very popular ping pong room. In the winter, the Condo location provides an incredible ski-in/ski-out experience, plus you are a few steps from KT22.

You are located a short stroll to the Village for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby summer Tahoe golf courses, In the summer the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool can be very important to your enjoyment as are the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. You are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

In the winter you are mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe’s fabled KT-22 chairlift.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
