Space includes a king-sized bed, loveseat sleeper (twin), a reading area, and a separate desk. Premium cable/HBO. Microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig® coffee, tea, and creamer provided. Easy check-in at the 24-hour Everline® front desk with hotel-key access. Check bags with the valet and enjoy the resort before 4pm check-in and after 10am checkout. Daily parking fees of $35 for self-parking or $65 valet are not included, charged by and paid to The Everline Resort & Spa® upon check out. Our individually owned and managed suite is being rented to you directly from the owner and is not associated with the official rental program from Everline Resort & Spa®. There is a daily resort fee of $50 + tax. Certain resort services and amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, cross country ski tracks are available to guests, with some services, like Spa and Golf, requiring additional fees. There is a trash receptacle at the entrance doors of the tower. There is a 24-hour front desk available for check in, bell and valet. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or excessive cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, walls, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees to cover the damage. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, property manager has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee. NO smoking, vaping, or pets of any kind are allowed in our condotel. If any sign of smoking, vaping or pets is discovered, Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $425 cleaning fee. Prior to departure, please stack used linens, start the dishwasher, and return any moved furniture. Please notify us of any damage incurred during your stay.
