Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. 3.5 miles from CWS. Close to Blackstone, Midtown, Aksarben, Benson, Downtown, Creighton, the Henry Doorly Zoo and UNMC. We’re also minutes from I-80 and Dodge for an easy commute anywhere else!
There's tons of great food and drink options around this area as well if you’re looking for a night out! Or stay in and cozy up with a movie on our projector! There’s plenty of space in the backyard for games and activities, or just lounging on the patio sectional under the bistro lights! This is a three bedroom, one bath, two story home! It has a cozy sunroom on the front of the house and a well lit patio just off to the side that leads into a spacious fenced in backyard that’s perfect for yard games. This is a fully furnished house, so it’s equipped to fit all your needs! There is also a washer and dryer in the basement stocked with detergent and dryer sheets for your use as well.
Please note: there are stairs to get into the house and stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathroom. The home is also 105 years old. So bear in mind she has her own little “charm” that comes along with that.

We had such an amazing time at the Barker home!! It is perfectly located in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. We went on many walks with our 3 year old. The home is just so cute and comfortable. You can tell the host put lots of thought and intentionality into every detail. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and most importantly the house was VERY clean!! Would highly recommend!

Heaven on Earth in Omaha

Outstanding location! House is perfectly appointed! High end decor makes you feel like you are relaxing at an oasis…plants, white lights, patio and backyard offer space for any occasion! We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation with friends and family coming for dinner and quality time together! I can’t recommend this location enough. We will definitely be back!
