Friendly staff from the the front desk to the cleaning staff. When I was leaving a member of the cleaning crew saw me struggling with too much luggage and with being asked helped me to the front desk. She refused the tip, but when I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk she accepted it and while I was waiting for my driver I saw her give it to the crew member. Nice, clean facility and amazingly kind and helpful staff.

Had a very nice chat with the general manager. My brother and I were still visiting long after breakfast ended. She happened by and grabbed our empty plates. We tried to tell her we could do that but she insisted. We struck up a conversation and during it she told us who she was.

Had lots of hair in my shower also did not have any washcloths walls are very thin. You could hear everything that is going on around you but one of the side the lady at the front desk did make sure I got into a new room that was clean and up-to-par. That is why I gave it three stars.

Everything here is awesome. Staff is awesome, breakfast is yummy, everywhere is very clean and kept up, and love that the pet fee isn't super expensive so my pet can travel with us.
