It did not happen and the host was unresponsive

So unhappy! Got word at 4:10pm when our check in time was 4pm that our reservation was cancelled. Guess they got a better rate from someone else so they cancelled us. Still haven't received a refund. Had to contact VRBO complaint office to get the refund even started after host lied saying the refund was in the works. So unhappy!

Last Minute Cancellation by Owner

Booked this space well in advance of the College World Series so that a place to stay would not be of concern during these busy weeks in Omaha. The owner sent me a message after I arrived in Omaha and talked to the desk personnel, literally three hours before check-in time, to cancel the stay with me. Apparently, there was an A/C malfunctioning...RIGHT... I don't know the truth, but it was probably like someone offered them more to rent it offline. Thank you for leaving me and my family in a lurch to find two hotel rooms during Omaha's busiest time of the year. Caution to all who book this property with the expectation of having a place to stay when you arrive.
