We had no check in information sent to us prior to arrival. We were booked in a unit that was not rentable. Once we received access to the rental we were placed in a different unit. That unit was not cleaned yet bed was not made, dirty dishes on counter. We were then moved to another unit that was okay. The manager was helpful though.

Gonna be GREAT!!

The location and neighborhood are old and the area isn’t attractive, but it’s probably the safest in downtown due to its proximity to the large count justice complex across the street. The owners/hosts are in the middle of some major renovations to make the apartments fresh and updated (and they’re lovely). The outside needs a facelift & the parking lot needs tidying, but I have no doubt this will all be done by next year when we come to the CWS next year.
