I booked with my mothers card and had to change it because they would accept her card when she was with me and that’s how she wanted the rooms paid for trash every where front desk people were rude they never took out or cleaned rooms for over stays only two towels per room when there were more then two in each room and they over charged me for my price I reversed for

Previous guest left numerous opened tins of cat food in the refrigerator-total stink pot. When checking in, the desk said nothing like: Welcome to our hotel, breakfast is from 6 to 10, or, the elevator is to your left. Dog barking constantly in a room across the hall. Trash overfilling and the wind blowing into the parking lot. At checkout, the girl sat in a chair and nodded as i put my keys in the bowl. Didnt say anythink like: Thanks for staying with us or have a nice day.

Place was dirty, lightbulbs were all burnt out… booked a suite with a sofa there was only a chair… tv has no channels, front desk would always say they were out of all laundry when asking for towels…main floor had a huge leak and carpet in middle of hall was soaking wet and no one seem to care to clean it… sealing plaster was falling in the room…I would never go back

Never got housekeeping the week we were there even when we requested. Had to get our own towels , toilet paper etc from the cart. Breakfast buffet was minimal. Front desk staff were not engaging at all.

Upon arrival, staff did not greet us and was super abrupt. The hotel is not keeping up on basic maintenance of the property. Very run down. Breakfast was horrible. Not much to choose from and not well stocked. We left the hotel 4 days early and was assured we would get a refund. They did not follow through on this. I would not recommend staying here.

While reserving I had to put an adult in each room, I was then told upon arrival that each adult had to pay their $50 hold on cards in their name. Mind you the actual reservation on the site were done in 1 person's name. The site also said they had conjoined rooms, when arriving we were told that wasnt true either. There was no towels in the pool. The bathtubs in both rooms didnt drain properly.

Pool area is beautiful. Staff was polite but did not execute requests. Good news was no bugs, which I had at a Comfort Inn property the previous year. I never had an ice bucket. Had to obtain fresh towels from front desk. Would run out of wash cloths. Could not get housekeeping to empty waste baskets. Could not get room vaccumed. Except for pool area, property appears worn-out.

Great property for the price. Given the CWS in town, was thrilled to get a room at this rate. Staff were amazing. Very friendly, as well as helpful. We were not on property much, as we spent our time at CWS downtown. My only complaint (very minute) is there was only 1 towel in a double queen room with 2 persons. Easy fix: we asked for another towel. Immediately given one by the exceptional staff. Recommend.

Lack of service was unbelievable. Trash was never removed from room and had to go down to front desk to get clean towels. Dirty towels were not removed from room during stay. Room had a smoke smell even though all were non smoking rooms. Not enough water pressure to feel clean or rinsed. I do not recommend this hotel.
