The initial desk attendant wasn't very informative. When asked about early check-in started the process then informed there would be a $25 fee. The deposit that was required is taking too long to drop off my credit card. The card key stopped working 2 days in a row after leaving my room in the morning. Never informed that my room would not be cleaned on a daily basis. This was a very disappointing choice.

Shower was broken, rooms were filthy, there was some kind of stain on the wall of the room we were moved to (after they couldn’t fix the shower), manager was extremely rude. Staff was nice but incredibly unhelpful, clearly jaded from how poorly this place is run.

The lobby is well light and pretty. The rest is horrible. Husband turned around and refused to check in. Dirty and dimly lit. Felt unsafe for his truck full of work tools since he was traveling for work at the time. Then had to fight tooth and nail for a refund for a stay we never had! Never even went into room fully. Save yourself and your sanity and stay anywhere else possible. I would rather sleep in my car!!!

This was one of the worst places i’ve ever stayed. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like I had to this time. After driving 14.5 hours straight I really had better hopes for this stay. Our pillow cases had makeup all over them, the mirror was covered in hand prints and gross splatters, the towel holder was broken, some weird gross substance on the shower wall, a poop or vomit substance on the carpet, and a hygienic liner on the bathroom door which had clearly been there for some time since it wasn’t clear and had a ring around the sticker. I’m honestly ashamed I stayed there. But after driving for so long I was exhausted. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Tissues look to be used or just shoved back in.
Not sure what this is.
I washed my hands and went to use the towel and the ring flew off, it wasn’t even attached!

I did t care for the place there nothing around other then a liquor stoe down the hill .the breakfast was trash .my shower was so small my head was almost hitting the ceilings. The bed was saggy .the gym didnt have little to no weight to lift there was a swap cooler in gym blowing hot air .making it real difficult to work out . I couldn't conduct any of my business because the wifi was so waek it couldn't connect to my lab top. They advertised a bar but it was closed down .tjis place looks elgente on the add but its not . Doesn't look like the pics .the Manger is not customer friendly at all . Smoog an just out to make a buck .

Ok, but not the best

Check in was ok. When we got to our room, the bathroom was still dirty and had not been cleaned. Rest of the room was ok. Hallways by the elevators were constantly wet from people going to and from the pool, saw a staff member “mopping” the floor, but it just looked like he was pushing water around and not actually doing anything. All in all, not terrible. Next time I’ll just spend a little more and stay somewhere better.

Wynham? It's a no-tell motel at best.

THIS PROPERTY IS AN EMBARASSMENT TO THE WYNDHAM BRAND OF HOTELS Poor service. Rude staff Slow check in. Old, dirty, smelly property that has not been maintained. Room was dirty. Breakfast is a joke. Staff rudely turns down the lights at 9am sharp. It doesn't matter if you are in line, they take everything away. Cereal and gas station pastries are not that expensive folks! Clientele was horrible. This place was trashy. They had people loitering in the lobby and parking lot who were kicked out of their rooms. Numerous occasions over multiple days. Now I know why the room was cheap. The hotel is a dump. Room was becoming run down, dirty. Very little hot water. I would say this is a lovely place if you want to do drugs or engage in lewd acts of prostitution.

Frequent police calls, as others who stayed here mentioned presence or riff-raff was very apt. Jose head of housekeeping housekeeping yelled “don’t touch, you are on camera” when I said I wanted some shampoo - this was after 4 days of no housekeeping. I don’t mind not having housekeeping everyday, it’s good for the environment. But the behavior was very inappropriate. The manger was easily the easiest to talk to, most of front deck staff were rude & always short when approached of a need.

My room was only half cleaned! The floor still had trash on it and there was straw wrappers tied around the drawer handles for some reason. One pillow had no pillow case. All three trash cans were lined up just inside the door. No hair dryer, called down for one and was told one would be sent up. It never came. I waited two hours. When I complained I didn’t even receive an apology or we will talk to staff, nothing, just a blank stare. Ceiling tiles in bath room were lifted up and it made me nervous. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

All you did was smell weed entering the property from the outside. Once you left the lobby you could smell weed from the rooms on the first floor by the elevators. You could smell weed in the elevators. People throwing their trash in the parking lot. The room was clean, bed was super comfortable, noise from the room above us was horrible due to running on the floor. The carpet in our room was stained bad and needs replaced. We stay at alot of Wyndhams and like them. This hotel is beautiful but the people it’s attracting is horrible. I wanted to swim in the pool but due to the type of people and all the weed smoking we only left our room to leave and did nothing else on the property. I’m sorry to say we won’t be staying again even though I like how comfortable the bed was. It’s hard to find beds that comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great. But again the people sketch. Weed smoking and smell horrible.

Where shall I start? Ants, not enough outlets to power the fridge and lamps. They somehow ran out of towels, and our key cards kept failing, resulting in us having to go to the front desk and reactivating them 10-15 times. Not to mention our phone also didn't work. Food is also very scarce so aim to wake up around 5:30am to make the 6 am opening but lower your expectations because the waffle machine will mostly likely be broken.
