Appointed with two snug bedrooms and a brand-new sleep-out, this home offers plenty of flexibility for your stay. Bedroom one is fitted out with a queen bed, while bedroom two is fitted out with a double bed and single. In the sleep-out, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and single bunks and a king single with a trundler offering ample space for the whole family.

Just like you, your boat will need a place to rest for the night between trips out on the lake! There's room to park a small vessel here at Henley, and with the boat ramp just a one-minute drive away you'll be out on the water in no time!

Within a short walk of Henley, you'll find tennis courts, a basketball hoop and a playground, and within just a two-minute drive you can pick up an ice cream or some fish and chips for dinner at the Omori Store. Or if you're just up for a quiet stroll in nature, glow worms can often be sighted within a short walk of Henley.

Why not pair it with a trip to the Tokaanu Thermal Pools to wind down and relax or visit the Floating Rock Cafe.

If you’re up for an adventure further afield, the Champagne Pool, situated 25 minutes away by car, is a stunning destination that is sure to make for a once in a lifetime experience. And in winter, you're just 45 minutes drive from the Whakapapa ski fields!
