You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

House Available for EAA. Perfect for those with children or dogs.

Quiet getaway available only for EAA. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Large living room, updated kitchen and dinette. Laundry is available for guest use. There is a large, completely fenced in backyard with a fire pit, grill and smoker. Relax on the patio under the shade of the umbrellas with a cold drink to end your day, or sit out by the fire and enjoy the evening.

Kid friendly home. Lots of toys, games and space for the little ones to play and we have dinnerware, cups and utensils for little ones! Can also have a pack n' play available upon request.

This house is pet friendly, there is even a large built in kennel in the basement available for use as well as other typical sized kennels, so no need to haul your own.

Behind the house is an elementary school with two playgrounds available for use and a couple blocks from the house is a gorgeous city park on the river as well as a community pool.

July and August you'll get to experience the beautiful flowering landscape and shade provided by the ample trees on the property. Plenty of parking in the driveway, and street parking is allowed as well. Small town experience less than 20 minutes from the EAA grounds. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s perfect for relaxing after a busy day at Airventure.

A pleasant stay

Property was comfortable and clean. Owners were a wonderful family and after initial communication error (VRBO's fault) everything worked out perfectly, thanks to the property owner.
