Red Barn Retreat is just that! This lovely vacation rental is just perfect for a small group looking to relax and unwind in the country. The backyard features a large patio with lounge chairs, picnic tables, hammocks and a chiminea firepit. The large level backyard is great for yard games, and the local neighhhhbors often stroll by to say hello. Please be careful of the electric fence, it does a great job keeping the horses in and even in better job keeping you out! Ouch!

Inside Red Barn Retreat you'll find a large open living, dining and kitchen area with all sorts of special touches of design and decor. The large farmhouse table is a great place to sit and gather with your group for meals or board games. The living area is quaint and cozy with the stone walls, and the window provides a beautfiul view of the patio, backyard and pasture beyond. A well designed small kitchen with all you'll need during your stay, including a combo Keurig/coffee pot and dishwasher is sure to please. Be sure to notice the drawer and cabinet pulls made from antlers.

There are three bedrooms all on the same level. One with a Queen and a view of the back yard, a 2nd bedroom with bunkbeds and the 3rd bedroom has Queen. Across the dining area from the bedrooms is a great tiled bathroom with a shower, as well as a laundryroom for you use.

You'll be sure to unwind and relax when you are at Red Barn Retreat, a perfect break from the busy schedule of tournament baseball.

Loved it here! The house is very clean and well stocked, the beds are comfortable and all of the towels and linens were super nice and smelled good! Came with a group of 4 adults for a local festival and this house was the perfect size for us with plenty of room. The property was gorgeous and there were horses in the back! We definitely hope to come back soon!

The Red Barn Retreat was perfect for our week of baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park! The place itself was super comfortable, well stocked and extremely peaceful. The location was awesome. It was just 15min from Dreams Park. Seems like most people stay north of the park, but this was south of the park, so we never hit the crazy traffic trying to get there that others did! A huge plus!!! Additionally if you need to head to WalMart or Dick’s, this property is on the way there instead of needing to back track.

Perfect Dreams Park stay

The home was very clean and perfect for families staying at Dreams Park. The property was very well maintained and has a beautiful spacious backyard. We were only 10 minutes away from Dreams Park so we were able to go back and forth to fields without any issues. The home came with all the things we needed and we were lucky enough to have our baseball family next door for nightly bbqs and campfires. We even brought our boys home one day when they were in between games to let them fish in the pond. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone with families traveling to dreams park.

Beautiful House & Property

Our family stayed at the Red Barn Retreat while playing at a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property and house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, modern, and exactly what we were anticipating. It is approximately 10 minutes from CDP and we have absolutely nothing but good memories. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
