Le Clos de Bérande - Oô
In the center of the authentic village of Oô, in the heart of the Pyrenees of Haute-Garonne, you will be 4km from the Granges d'Astau, departure point for the ascent of the Pic de Perdiguère and the hike of the Oô lake; but also less than 15 minutes by car from the ski resorts of Peyragudes and Luchon-Superbagnères. You can also enjoy the many mountain activities offered by this region: fishing in the Neste d'Oô river at 500m, water activities (rafting, hydrospeed, canoeing/kayaking) in Antignac at 13km, paragliding, mountain biking and thermal baths from Luchon, as well as a playground for children in the village. Spain is 17km away. Single-storey cottage, vertically adjoining a rental in summer only, and neighboring the owner: living room with dining area and lounge area (sofa bed), separate kitchen, bedroom (1 double bed 140*190cm), bathroom, separate toilet. Large garden sunny almost all day, with a space for the car in summer. Public parking on the edge of the garden. Electric heating and first fire lit on your arrival, by an insert fireplace. Internet via the owner's WIFI. Please note, the bedroom window overlooks the owner's vegetable garden. Very beautiful facade in Pyrenean stone, sunny garden
