Family trip to Croatia

Mauro and his family were very welcoming and hospitable. He was able to accommodate our very late check in, and super responsive when we needed help with the washer. The property was clean and spacious, the views are amazing. The only thing we had some issue with was a leaky pipe underneath the kitchen sink, it gave a musky smell, and may have had mold. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would come back again.

Wir hatten eine super saubere Wohnung im EG mit Meerblick.Bestens war die Küche ausgestattet ,so wie beschrieben.Im Garten steht der Pool bereit, sehr sauber und ein genialer Gasgrill.Wir waren ungestört,der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit.Es gibt einen Sparmarkt,sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Die Markthalle bietet frischen Fisch,sehr köstlich.Die Umgebung ist wunderschön,tolle Strände.Nur schade,dass sehr oft Parkgebühren anfallen.Würden sofort wieder kommen.Liebe Grüße aus Rottenburg

Gelungener Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem top Zustand und wirklich sehr sauber. Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet - uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Fotos halten auf jeden Fall was sie versprechen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar.

Traumhaft

Dank dieser wundervollen Ferienwohnung hatten wir einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern in Kroatien. Die Bilder halten ohne Ausnahme, das was sie versprechen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die komplette Anlage inkl. dem schönen Pool und dem wunderbaren Garten waren top gepflegt. Aus dem Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterbringung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Juli 20 in dieser tollen Ferienwohung verbraucht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht. Traumhaft ist die Terasse mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer, umgeben von vielen Pflanzen und Palmen. Der Strand (Beton) ist zu Fuss zu erreichen, mit allen Badesachen usw. aber nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Schöner fanden wir eh die Naturstrände (Kiesel) in den Nachbarorten. Ein Spar ist in der Nähe und abends kann man gut entlang des Meeres den Ort und verschiedenste Restaurants erreichen. Highlight für uns waren die Ausflüge mit dem Boot zu den Nachbarinseln. Glasklares Wasser in allen Türkis- und Blautönen schimmernd! Alles in Allem würden wir sofort wieder hierhin kommen und schicken auf diesem Wege noch liebe Grüße an den Vermieter, der immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anliegen hatte.

Unser erster und definitiv nicht letzer Kroatien Urlaub

Dies war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien. Die Vermieter Familie Grozic ist sehr aufmerksam, liebenswürdig und freundlich. Wir hatten das Apartment A1 gebucht. Dieses liegt im Erdgeschoss. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist super! Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, Bade- und auch Poolhandtücher werden bereitgestellt und auch, inkl. der Bettwäsche, auf Bedarf gewechselt. Die zum Apartment gehörige Terrasse ist leicht erhöht von der Pool-Anlage. Die Pool-Anlage, Grillplatz und Pavillon teilt man sich mit den Bewohnern des im 2. Stock befindlichen Apartments. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat dies wunderbar geklappt. Unsere Kinder (6 und 15 Jahre) konnten gar nicht genug vom Pool bekommen. Die Außenanlage ist, wie auch das Apartment in einem 1A Zustand. Wir haben uns hier, während unserem gesamten Aufenthalt, sehr erholen und entspannen können. Hiermit auch noch mal an die Familie Grozic ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön für die sehr schöne Gastfreundschaft und Unterkunft. Auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen und viele Grüße Familie Crum ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- This was our first trip to Croatia. The landlord family Grozic is very attentive, gracious and friendly. We had booked the apartment A1. This is located on the ground floor. The equipment and cleanliness is great! The kitchen is fully equipped, bath and pool towels are provided and also, including the bed linen, changed on demand. The terrace belonging to the apartment is slightly elevated from the pool area. The pool area, barbecue area and gazebo are shared with the residents of the apartment on the 2nd floor. During our stay this worked out wonderfully. Our children (6 and 15 years) couldn't get enough of the pool. The outdoor area is, as well as the apartment in a 1A condition. We have been able to relax here during our entire stay. With this also to family Grozic a lovely thankyou for the very nice hospitality and accommodation. many greetings and hopefully a soon visit! Family Crum

Das Appartement war perfekt für uns

Appartement für eine 5köpfige Familie ideal. Noch dazu wo eine dabei ist, die das Meer nicht mag. Das Appartement war geräumig groß sauber. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Das einzig negative war der doch etwas weitere Weg zum Meer (unsere Kinder waren nicht willig, diesen Weg ein 2tes mal zu gehen). Aber wir haben uns somit jeden Tag einen anderen Strand gesucht, den wir mit Auto angefahren haben. Wer es liebt Frühstück am Pool mit Blick aufs Meer zu haben ist hier goldrichtig.

Alles absolut top!

Wir haben unseren ersten Kroatienurlaub in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung mit wundervollen Meerblick sehr genossen. Das Städtchen Opatija ist idyllisch, mondän und der Lungo Mare einfach traumhaft zum spazieren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Die Terasse, der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich ist ebenfalls prima und sehr gepflegt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Amazing apartment, pool area and view

We had 6 wonderful days in this apartment in Opatija. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The garden/pool area is beautiful with lots of flowers, palms, a nice clean pool and a lovely barbecue area. The apartment is big, light and spacious with a lovely private terrace with a beautiful view to the sea. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay and amazing service.
