PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

A little gem located on the Opatija riviera, wonderful and modern. The house has been recently built so all the appliances are almost as new. The interior design is very beautiful and it was designed by my wife Alexandra, who is an interior designer. One of the most amazing things in this house is the uninterrupted 180 degree view from the terrace on the Kvarner bay, the Istrian coast and the islands of Krk and Cres. Just breath taking. The photo cannot enough justify the pure beauty of the vista. Sunrises and sunsets are special and dinners on the terrace are some of the most beautiful moments of the day. You will sleep as a baby because at night it is very quiet and comfortable. All the rooms have powerful air conditioning and, also, a nice breeze coming from the sea at night. It is important to mention super comfortable beds in all bedrooms. Jacuzzi in the ground floor bathroom, and an outdoor jacuzzi and shower on the terrace with amazing view.

Opatija Riviera is known for its micro-Mediterranean climate . The cities of the Riviera stretch from the fishing village of Volosko,  which is just a few minutes walk from the house, to upscale Opatija, also accessable by walking distance. One of the things you must enjoy is Lungomare, which is along the sea promenade about 15 km long and offers a range of small beaches and small calanques to bathe in, peppered by stately palaces that date back to the Austro Hungarian and Italian times, as well as small fishing houses and churches that trace back to the Venetian legacy.

The house is about 400 m walk from several beaches in Volosko. The water is very pure and turquoise blue with tons of fish. Many towns on the riviera are a short drive away and offer many different gastronomic experiences. Groceries stores nearby have great selection of food including excellent bread, local wines, produce and meats. Great restaurants are also few minutes walk from the house. The food is incredible, especially the selection of fish. Nearby is a market of fresh fish and vegetables.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT

This apartment is on the first floor and provides around 51m² of living space on two levels. The sleeping area is on the open gallery on the upper level, which stairs from the living room lead up to. The sleeping area has double bed measuring 160 x 200cm and sofa bed measuring 130 x 200cm and the living room has a sofa bed measuring 160 x 200cm. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. The accommodation is air-conditioned in all the rooms and the living room has a flatscreen TV and an open, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space. A safe and a washing machine are also available, along with free wireless Internet access. From the furnished balcony you can see the sea.
