Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and leads over a terrace directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed.
1st floor: Living room 20 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 50 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 4 sunloungers and parasol. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine.

Opatija, district of Dobreć, 340 m above sea level. The holiday home is situated on a 200 sqm, open, enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
