Quiet location and panoramic view of the whole bay offers this spacious vacation home. It has a total of five bedrooms and provides a pleasant living ambience. On the first floor is a recreation room with billiards, darts and table soccer, while on the well-kept grounds there is a pool with sunbathing area and a gazebo with barbecue. For the playtime enjoyment of the youngest guests there is a swing, seesaw, slide and a playhouse. In the attic (roof slope to about 120 cm) provides a whirlpool that for proper relaxation. Here one bedroom is a passage room. In a few minutes drive you can reach Opatija with restaurants, bars, cafes and many events.

Wonderful Property

Three generations of my family stayed at the property to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary, and the house was perfect! The views alone were spectacular, but when you add the pool, the games, and the outdoor kitchen, there was enough to do to keep the kids occupied, but enough space for the teenagers to get away and the grandparents to relax, plus the ability for all 9 of us to sit down together for dinner! The location was a bit difficult to find initially, but once we did it was very convenient and easy to get right on the highway to go into Opatija. We were also able to take advantage of being so close to Ucka National Park where we went hiking and e-biking. Rene was wonderful! We could not have asked for a better host! He was there to greet us and explain everything and the welcome basket was a wonderful and much appreciated surprise. When a lightbulb burned out, he was there the next day to fix it immediately! I highly recommend this property!
