Relax in the warm vibrant colors of this newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. Enjoy the serene view from the cozy living area filled with beautiful artwork and large flat screen television. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs with stainless appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Perfect for making your vacation food prep complete. Celebrate your meals together at lovely dinning table and breakfast bar near by. The delightful master bedroom suite provides a king-size bed, large flat screen television, and private bathroom. The unique guest bedroom is equipped with a full size bed, and full size bunk bed. And, don't miss some time soaking in the sound of the waves and beauty of the beach from the comfort of the balcony.

Our Family loves the phoenix V for all their amenities they offer. You may never want to leave this complex. The kids are so excited about the new splash pad water park. We love sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins play while drinking our morning coffee. When we remodeled and decorated our condo, we wanted families to relax and not have a care in the world. We wanted to make sure our condo is as nice and comfortable than any condo anyone has ever stayed at. Enjoy Your Stay!!

Great place to stay. Everything we expected as we have stayed at Pheonix V many times before. The bunks and bed in second room looked great. We didn’t bring the kids on this trip. Only issue is the main AC vent rattles enough to be annoying. Weather was perfect

Great view but…..

It was a completely surprise we had to pay for parking at this condo. $35 a vehicle. We have never had to do so at any other condo! View was beautiful. Very nice balcony with comfy furniture! Second bedroom bed makes the door alittle hard to shut and open. Elevators wait times are often lengthy. Condo as a whole is nice. Our kids loved the pool and splash pad areas also.

First Family Vacay success!!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay!!! The room was PERFECT for our family of 5!!!! The only few issues we had were- we couldn't find the ladder for the bunk beds (which ended up being fine because my toddlers slept together on the bottom bunk) and the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. Neither were a big deal for us!! We LOVED the room and the splash pad the condo had to offer!!!

Beautiful and comfy!

Beautifully appointed and a great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The splash playground was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. Only issue we had was not enough hot water for everyone's showers.
