Tradewinds is located at 24568 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL 36561. Tradewinds is in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama (about 5.5 miles east of Gulf, Shores, Alabama). It sits directly on one of the country's highest rated beaches. It has one of the area's best indoor/outdoor swimming pools and easy access to the beach (with a boardwalk with showers). Tradewinds is located directly across the street from Adventure Island (go carts, mini golf, laser tag) and Fat Daddy's Arcade. It is only minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores, and all the attractions including The Wharf, The Track (go carts), and OWA (theme park and indoor water park). The outlet mall at Foley, Alabama is about 15 miles away.

This third floor unit is elevated enough to provide you with a great ocean view but is only two flights of stairs from the ground level (if you decide not to take the elevator). There are two elevators in the building.

This unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with ceramic tile throughout. The unit features granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths. It has queen size beds in both bedrooms, a queen size sleep sofa in the living room, and 66" bunk beds for small children in the hallway (sleeps up to 8). The TVs in the master bedroom and living area are smart TVs and have cable. There is also a smart TV in the 2nd bedroom without cable. This unit has a washer and dryer and all linens, towels and cloths are provided. Wireless internet is also provided. This property also has an outdoor charcoal grilling area.

The perfect beach access condo. The view of the gulf from the patio was a great morning and evening activity! Kitchen had all that we needed for meals. We did not need to contact the host for any issues but they were prompt and informative prior to check-in.The beach was perfect for boogie boarding, soaking up the sun, and there were small shells to collect.We would definitely stay here again!

The property had a beautiful view of the beach. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We just couldn’t figure out the TV in the living room because it was a smart TV and we don’t subscribe to Netflix etc. So we watched free TV.

Nice but with a little attention could be great

Needs a deep cleaning and some painting to refresh. Garage disposal did not work. Dishwasher needs attention. Top dish rack has plastic keeper gone and allows rack to come loose. Bottom wash arm is loose and needs attention .Poor water pressure at kitchen sink. Every time you use water anywhere in the condo there is a load banging coming from water heater closet

Beautiful, comfortable, we would stay again!

We came for a quiet Christmas and New Years and that’s exactly what we received! We only used 1 bedroom as it was just the 2 of us, but the bed was comfortable! The balcony is always the shining point for me and this gave a nice view of the entire beach not blocked by any other properties. The walk to the beach is short and the elevators down are fast. The condo is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and eat with. There’s a dishwasher and a washer dryer stack which made this condo especially wonderful. we would love to stay again in the future! The owners were quick to respond with our questions.

Beautiful Views and Excellent Location

Easy and simple check-in. The condo is exactly as described. It was clean, and the conversation with the host was pleasant; Alex was very attentive and always answered the phone when questions arose. I would recommend families with children to stay here. Pool is right off the balcony and beach is 3 walk.Walmart and Publix are within 3 min of location as well.
