Very Disappointed
My husband and I were very excited to take a little family vacation with our 2 month old. We were very disappointed on our arrival of this unit. We were first welcomed with an overwhelming stench that was coming from the shag carpet which covers majority of this condo unit. The condo is very dated and did not feel clean. We decided to stick it out and make the most of our vacation. The condo did have a comfortable master bed minus the old comforter that we had to take off the bed. The A/C worked well and we enjoyed our time on the outdoor balcony. We were overall pleased with Phoenix 3 amenities and would stay again, just in a different unit!
