The views from the living room, along with the comfortable furniture and beautiful decor, will start your vacation off right. You can enjoy a quick morning bite at the breakfast bar set for two before hitting the beach! Take a lunch break at the dining table that seats four.

Everything you need to make a wonderful meal is provided in our fully stocked kitchen. Should you choose to dine out, Phoenix III is close to anything and everything Orange Beach has to offer.

Master suite has a king size bed, flat screen television and its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

This vacation rental is what dreams are made of! Enjoy the views from your balcony or relax by the pool.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Slice of paradise

Overall the stay was very pleasant.Check-in was a breeze. Parking was not an issue.Two functional elevators. Never a problem with overcrowding.All pool areas were very well kept and offered ample seating.Easy access to the beach.Centrally located - lots of great dining options for families.The room itself was exactly as pictured. It fit my family of 3 very well. Great ocean view. The only critique I have is that the floors were likely not mopped before my arrival, as I would always end up with dirty socks walking around the condo.

A little piece of serenity

Phoenix III was great! Having access to the other 3 properties amenities as well is a plus. Unit 3107 was Amazing and has a terrific view. Only downside is the check out time being 10AM with consistent text messages of reminders that check out is 10AM. Other than that will definitely stay at the Phoenix again!
