This condo was perfect for our last official spring break vacation with our daughter. The condo was described accurately and the unit was well appointed. We appreciated the location of the unit, as it sits on the corner of the top floor offering privacy, but beautiful Gulf front views. The grounds & pools are well kept. I appreciated the extra touches of organization the unit offered so guests can find items easily. We would definitely stay at this unit in the future as the central location is excellent! The communication with the owner was top notch & allowed for a smooth check in & check out. Thank you again!!

We had wonderful time at this condo. It has beautiful views, is open and spacious, clean, and the beds and couches are incredibly comfortable. The view off the patio was hard to leave. We saw dolphins almost every morning and had a great view of the beach. We would for sure stay in this condo again and appreciate how kind and communicative Richard was. We had no issues but Richard made sure we knew he was available if we did. Excellent stay.

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the Palm Beach Resort. The condo was well appointed with everything you could need and the property was so removed from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the beach, it provided such a relaxing retreat for our family. This was by far one of the best condos we’ve stayed in! Beachfront and we could see dolphins from the balcony! Richard was so accommodating and helpful! Pool was heated and the kids loved it! Close walk to a very private and quiet beach! Beds were super comfortable! Condo was well stocked! LOVED everything about it!
