The number one reason to rent at 82 breakers is the location. Top floor so there’s no noise from anybody above you, the balcony is shaded all day long so you can enjoy the sound and the site of the beach. From the front door just standing on the beach is less than three minutes and that includes the elevator ride from the eighth floor down to the first floor.The condo is very clean, the furnishings are stylish and comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything as described, the washer dryer unit was an excellent bonus so we could go home with clean clothes.The location in Orange Beach, is just excellent as well with world class, restaurants, and local places to eat all within a 5 to 10 minute drive at most.Publix, Walmart, the best donut shop around, are all across the street.The beaches are pristine, white sand, and blue and turquoise water, we woke up four of the seven mornings and could see dolphins in the ocean from the balcony as we ate our breakfast before going down to the beach for the day.The Parking is right next to the elevator and I can tell you that we will be coming back again.We live in North Carolina and drive to our beach vacation, we’ve been to San Marcos Island, Destin, Saint Augustine, and this is the beach that we will come back to again.Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, no complaints at all. Just a perfect place to stay if you’re coming to Orange Beach, in Alabama.

We loved this condo. It was super clean. Great decor. Didn’t look like a high-trafficked condo. Super easy check-in, quiet, right on the beach, right next to grocery stores & restaurants. Great balcony views. Perfect 4-day weekend for us in April 2026. We would definitely stay again.

we had a great stay here! the condo had everything we needed and the host responded to all of our questions right away. I wish we would have seen sooner that there is a storage unit with beach chairs, etc. Be sure to check that out early on (I am not sure if that was posted in the listing or not). but overall a great stay, amazing location, walking distance to stores and food. Would stay here again for sure!

The Breakers 82 was just awesome! The unit was super clean, everything worked and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! There were even several games my grandson found and books my daughter and I loved! It was a great stay!

The condo was nice and met our expectations, however the building complex is older and seemed to be poorly maintained. The swimming pool circulation pump was never running during our visit so bugs and debris were floating on top of the water. The screen door to our condo would not shut and the outside of the building needed updating.

There’s a lovely garden upon anrrival with kept grounds- it’s small. It’s older than expected and under maintained. Bugs around elevator each time…. Pool cleaned by people Staying there each morning. The pool is very plain and small with very old and sparse patio furniture. The condo itself is comfortable enough. The cleaning lady was still there at 4:30 and she was pleasant enough but we were already asked to be late for check in which we understand- I think she left by 5. Did not mop-spot mopped per our request. The decor sold us on booking this one- the bedding and living room furniture comfy. Doors old, pantry old. Dishes -decent amount but some were dirty and unusable. The beach was great! Felt like Florida! The wharf was fun— And the Ferris wheel. Ocean view is breathtaking and that’s why we came. Good experience with family but probably overpaid

escape to the sea

Our stay was most enjoyable. I wrote a lengthy page in the Guest Book in the condo. Loved the personal touch and reading of other visitors experiences to OBA. We have only 2 ideas to share that would help. 1. THe sun glares on the main tv from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. and the stormy weather would feel better had there been Living room drapes or blinds to close. 2. The parking lot had lots of large pieces of broken glass from a automobile. The entrance and exit to the road is quite narrow, felt uneasy entry and exitting. Maybe would be safer to add etra lane in and out for ems evacuation. Loevd our stay and the option to add another nightwas so appreciated.
