Charming Gulf Front Condo in the Heart of Orange Beach! 2br/2ba with Gulf Views!


This charming beachfront condo is located on the 3rd floor of Harbour Place Condominiums and features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room, with a maximum occupancy of 6. The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with Smart-TVs, so you can utilize Satellite Cable or stream your favorites right from your favorite streaming app. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 4, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining or drinks with a view, the balcony has new high-top seating for 4 so you can enjoy the view while you relax. Be sure to keep an eye out for dolphins!

The resort is directly on the beach and has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, which is great for when it rains! The pool is also heated during the winter months! There is a walk path directly from the building to the ocean so pack up your beach gear and bring your flashlights for some late-night crab hunting! There are grills onsite both charcoal and gas so you can grill out by the pool or take it to the ocean for a sunset dinner!

This is an owner-managed unit! Your questions will go straight to us as the owners. No third-party management hassle to deal with! We take pride in being responsive and doing everything we can to make sure you have a great vacation!

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. In the second bedroom, there is another king-sized bed with shared access to another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It is like having two master bedrooms! The living room is also equipped with a queen sleeper sofa.

Parking:
Resort fees are charged by the building at $30 plus tax for one vehicle. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length. To avoid towing, parking passes must be fully filled out and displayed at all times.
If needed, additional passes may be purchased at THR Management at 24566 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561.

Very clean unit. Sofa and chairs are short - beds are tall. Tall deck chairs. Air freshener spraying in unit - not a nice odor - odor disagreed with allergies. Good location on beach - nice smaller complex building. Only two elevators and one not working whole visit.

We arrived a little early on the check in date and messaged the owners and were let in early. Every question was answered quickly. The condo was as described nice and on the beach. Very short walk and the beach attendants were very friendly and helpful with chairs and umbrellas. Back in the condo was everything we needed to feel at home , big comfortable beds and a large walkin shower in the master bath and a kitchen full of everything we needed for cooking or grilling outside. Thanks for a great week on the Gulf of America!!!

Our stay was wonderful - the location was perfect, beautiful views from the balcony including dolphins each morning and afternoon. The indoor/outdoor pool was an added bonus, especially as we were there when the jellyfish were abundant. Amenities were great with everything we needed, including kitchen necessities, to-go cups to bring beverages to the beach, a beach umbrella, chair, boogie boards, some beach toys, and floats. True to the signs - don't leave anything out overnight by the pool (we accidentally left our life jackets after rinsing one night and they were gone the next day).Communication was also great, as was flexibility and understanding of the host. We unfortunately had to reschedule our dates due to an emergency. Even though we were outside the free cancellation window, Eric was over-accommodating in ensuring I got a full refund and even worked with VRBO to get their fee reversed. I had ensured to rebook when this same unit was available and I'm glad I did - as the place was fantastic and the hosts were a pleasure to work with.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We had the best time staying in this charming condo for 5 nights. The unit was clean, well-appointed and roomy for our family of 3. The bedrooms were comfortable, with enough drawer space to unpack and live comfortably for a week. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Perfect for meals in while on vacation! The patio view of the beach was better than expected; we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening ice cream there while looking at the ocean. The walk to the beach was a breeze, with 2 shower stations to clean off when heading back inside. We also thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub when we wanted a change of pace from the beach. The building itself was clean and quiet, we did not experience any unwelcome noise or disturbances. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. Eric and Becky were communicative, gracious hosts. They checked in with us, and even offered activity and local dining suggestions. They responded quickly to questions and were very friendly. We could not be happier with our time in this lovely condo. A true gem in Orange Beach, AL!

Family getaway

The property was just right for our needs. It really doesnt take much to please us. We brought so much excess, the more we got into the unit, the more didnt need to bring. From kitchen amenities to beach equipment. The place was clean, neat, and cozy. Just what we were looking for. The elevators are a little wonky. We would come back and stay here again.

Great Stay!

This was our first visit to this area. The condo was right on the beach with great access. Although we didn’t walk to as many places as we’d hoped, the traffic was manageable and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The condo worked great for our family. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the supplies we needed. Check-in was easy and the owners were very responsive when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a pretty nice view of the ocean/beachfrom our balcony & even a bit from the main bedroom w a big window. It was so nice to have direct access to straight out onto the beach! The unit was much smaller than we expected, but wes nice & we really appreciated having the two king bedrooms & 2 baths.The host were very accommodating & grwat about answering questions & giving reccommendations of things to do.

Great proximity to beach, cute place!

Our stay was great- it is a very cute place and in a perfect location- beach and small pool ( indoor/outdoor)pool were great. The location was nice bc it was near the national park, so I felt like it was more quiet than further down the beach. We were 6 so we were a little cramped- but 4 would have been ideal.

Great family getaway.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the pool was as small as it was but we spent more time on the beach so it worked out. I have to say that it was too hot on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee because of the balcony facing the morning sun but I’m sure it would be perfect when it’s not 100 degrees outside, like in the spring or fall. It was a very short walk to the beach which was great when carrying chairs, coolers and beach toys. Our host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this condo unit. I left there with plenty of great memories made with my family.
