Whether you're a fishing enthusiast or someone who simply wishes to bask in the sun on a pristine beach, Dolphin Harbor is your ideal destination. Dolphin Harbor's property amenities are tailored to enhance your vacation experience. Engage in a friendly game of tennis on the tennis court, or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool. The fishing pier is perfect for those who love to cast a line or enjoy the deeded beach access across the street through the sister building, Dolphin Key. If bringing a boat, you will need to make arrangements for launching and trailer parking off-site. Boat trailers are not allowed anywhere on the premises of the complex. The boat slips are first come, first serve. Just place the placard that is located in the unit in an open slip to reserve your spot. Boats can be parked in a slip for a maximum of 14 days at a time.

PARKING
This property includes two free parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
