Phoenix Vlll in Orange Beach, AL. offers the best of luxury comfort nestled on the Gulf of Mexico near Perdido Pass in Orange Beach. Cozier than some of our larger condos, Phoenix Vlll has the same high-quality amenities that have made the Phoenix Properties the most remarkable place to stay on the entire Gulf. Upon arriving one will find all the luxury that makes Phoenix Vlll very unique in itself. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. It was super-clean, too, and well-organized (especially the kitchen). We had a beautiful view of the Gulf, and often left the sliding doors open so we could hear the ocean. We used the balcony quite a bit as well -- great spot for sunbathing and relaxing with a glass of wine. My duaghters loved the pools, as well as the hottub. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was GREAT!!!! Love that the Phoenix VIII is less dense in population than most! Condo was very well appointed with everything we needed and more! The unit was very clean and well furnished. David was great host and made sure our check in was seamless. The balcony was spacious and on the rainy day, was a perfect place to sit and relax and listen to the waves. The pools were very nice and had nice lounge chairs. Would definitely recommend to others!

My husband and I took our 2 grown daughters and their significant others. This 3 bedroom condo was spacious, beautiful, close to all of the places we wanted to go. The beach access was so easy, the pool was amazing, and the whole property was clean and convenient.

The condo was just as described and the reviews stated! Very clean and great location. Paul Irving was great to work with and even let us know the condo was ready early! For those of you who do not want a long trek to the front of the beach this place is great! We would definitely stay here again!!
