*GROUND FLOOR* Phoenix East 002 on the BEACH

It's beach time! Our condo is located on the first floor of Phoenix East near the swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, exercise room and steps away from outdoor pool. Pretty blue walls greet you and the special touches throughout remind you of the locale. The unit is beautifully decorated and has 12-foot ceilings. Just outside off of the patio are grills and a wonderful play area.

In the master bedroom a pretty King-size bed with pickled wood goes with the marble topped nightstands and dresser. You'll also find a TV for your entertainment. The bathroom has neat textured walls that add a special touch. In the kitchen you'll find the same textured treatment, plus all the expected accoutrements. There is a glass and metal dining table for four, over which hangs a shell-adorned chandelier you'll love. In the den the blue walls lend a Caribbean flair, with a cushy sofa and colorful side chair. A leather recliner provides more comfortable seating in the living area. Glass and metal tables provide plenty of room for that beach read or your beverage. The entertainment center holds a TV with a built-in DVD/VCR.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
