We were staying a week as a group for Mother's Day. Some of us got a separate room in the middle of the trip to accommodate all of the guest. Unfortunately my new room was terrible. Someone had been smoking (for years) in this room. The smell was soaked in the walls and fabrics of the beds and furniture. The mattresses were old and caved in too. I almost didn't report it, until I realized the fee for the smoke smell and didn't want to be charged. So I called Miss Lorina at the front desk. She arranged to show us three other units immediately! Mr Mike the security guard patiently walked us to all units and we made a better choice. Everyone at this company are always friendly and helpful! From the booking phone call to the issues that may arrive to checkout. The staff here are amazing! I will always book Brett Robinson!
