The Phoenix VII condo is nice. The condo was missing a lot of kitchen items and just had to use what we could find. Also the King size bed is extremely hard and the A/C doesn’t blow in the master bedroom like the other rooms. My boys loved the room with the queen and twin bed! For a three bedroom, there was lot of room!

This condo definitely needs an update. The rugs are dirty, and the beds are as hard as bricks. The dryer doesn’t work properly—we had to run it three cycles just to get our clothes dry. The couch is worn out and dirty, and the outdoor furniture is so rusty that I didn’t feel safe sitting on it.If you plan to cook, be aware that the kitchen is very poorly stocked, with very few pots, pans, or utensils. The air conditioning also doesn’t work properly. It stayed around 75F for most of our stay, making the condo uncomfortable. In addition, the bathtub drains don’t drain well.Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and would not rent this condo again.The host was good and took care of all of our problems!
