Gulf Front with Balcony- Perdido Pass-Affordable

Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Relax on the balcony and watch the boats come in Perdido Pass or take a short walk along the boardwalk and stroll the sugar white sands of Orange Beach. This is a small complex with only 21 units which cuts down on a lot of noise and traffic. Across the street is San Roc Cay marina which has shops, restaurants, charter fishing, and boat slips.

The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops with a modern, sleek tile black-splash. The condo is very spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath. There is a bunk area with 2 small bunk beds that are perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper. The condo is located on the second floor of a three story complex. The complex has an elevator.

The complex is a gated community. There is a gas grill for guests to use.

The complex has a nice, large pool.

Minimum age is 25 to rent.
Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit.

Enjoyed the location especially the balcony. Host was very responsive to a few minor issues. The view is fantastic. Loved watching boats in the passage and people watching. Good location for food and drinks. Bed is very comfortable. Pool area is nice. And the elevator is helpful moving in and out with supplied carts.

I would actually love to speak with the host of this VRBO!! I wanted to tell her how much fun my son and I had on this last-minute vacation! We had never been to Orange Beach and it was above what we expected! Especially where we stayed! It was the perfect location, clean, accommodating, and the view was perfect! Would love to book our stay for next year! The only only only complaint I would have is that the wooden walkway does not go far enough to the beach! That is a long, long walk on hot sand!!! My son and I decided that it needs to be extended to the end of the little sand pathway!!!!!

My two young boys and I took a much needed trip and had the best time. Everyone we met was so nice, the beach was not crowded and lots of families were present. The room was excellent and the pool taken care of. Will definitely be back!

It was such great small cozy place for my family of 5. Owner was so responsive when I called her on my arrive because we drove passed the keypad to enter the gate and couldn’t figure how to enter. It’s a short walk to the beach and the jetties. Place is extactly like the picture. Honestly I will book again. You won’t regret booking this place.

We really loved this place! The location is perfect and I liked that it wasn’t a high rise building. You just walk down a few steps or take the elevator, go out the gate, follow the path, and you’re on the beach in a few minutes. There are a few beach chairs and some toys in the storage box on the balcony. It was so nice to be so close to the unit if one of the kids needed to use the bathroom or needed an extra snack when we were at the beach. There were plenty of bath towels and toilet paper. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer right there, too. Would definitely stay here again

Great little apartment right on the beach

The location couldn't be better. The apartment is compact, but is set up to accomodate 6 people easily. The veranda with ocean view is fantastic. Private boardwalk to the beach. Sofabed could be a little more comfortable.

Nice enjoyable stay

Overall, the place was very nice. The only thing I would ask for if I were to stay again is a full-size mirror in the bedroom! Oh, and for them to cut the two palm trees down that block the view of the ocean!
