This luxury beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of Phoenix V and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 12 (max of 8 adults-we classify adults as anyone over age 12). The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with Smart-TVs, so you can utilize Satellite Cable or stream your favorites right from your favorite streaming app. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 9, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 6.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful, panoramic views from your floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access. In the second bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed with a shared hall bath. The third bedroom is a dream for the kids with a custom built shark-themed bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds, sleeping 6. The living room is also equipped with a queen sleeper sofa.

Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

This was our 4th trip to Gulf Shores, and this was one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at! The condo was beautiful and roomy and right on the beach. The property owner and staff on site were very communicate and helpful. The garage parking space right by the elevator was perfect for a family member who needed accessibility. My wife and 2 kids (7&10) go to gulf shores every year with our friends from college and their 2 kids. This is probably the most updated unit we’ve stayed in and good location. We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay.
