Welcome to the Beach! This completely updated 1,341 square foot two Bed, two Bath has direct views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy the sun set from the spacious balcony, then sleep in late under the fans with black out drapes. The living room offers a queen size sofa sleeper and comfortable rocker-recliners and is equipped with a large 65 inch flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD, and sound system with Bluetooth. Dining in will be a treat in the well-stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and wet bar along with everything you need to feel at home. This smartly decorated condo has plenty of space to rest, relax, and have fun and is a renter's favorite.
Completely renovated master bath boast a luxurious heated whirlpool tub, glass enclosed shower with travertine tile, double vanity and lots of closet space. Fully appointed kitchen includes glass-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and laundry area with full washer and dryer. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, high-speed internet, and flat screen TVs with DVD players in both bedrooms.

Beautiful place to stay
The condo was gorgeous and very clean, with an amazing view of the beach, the Gulf and the pools. The pools were delightful and sparkling clean. In the condo, it was wonders to have WiFi and large TVs in each room. Our only small complaint was that we felt several small but basic items were missing, including salt & pepper and aluminum foil in the kitchen, and hand soap — just two small soaps were available. We will know what to bring next time, but you might offer a small list of suggested items guests might consider bringing. I realize these are small things, but we had to make a grocery store run and change some meal planning. Overall, we had a great time and would love to return to 304W, not to mention recommending it to friends and family. Thank you for a relaxing and very enjoyable stay!

Perfect Getaway!
This was the perfect size for two couples or a family with two children. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, super clean and spacious. The walk to the beach from the condo took less than 4 minutes. Definitely recommend and will be back!
