This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and Gulf!!! On the SouthEast corner with incredible views!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, quartz countertops, custom art work and modern decor!



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!



The condo's master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a king bed and the 4th bedroom will have two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room and two cots for sleeping accommodations for 14.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



NO SMOKING inside or OUTSIDE the unit is allowed



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Each bedroom was comfortable with great beds. The only disappointment was the lack of supplies—one pod for the dishwasher, one little bar of soap in each bathroom, etc. maybe it’s an unreal expectation but it seems for the price we paid, a bar of soap in the shower, an extra roll of toilet paper, more than one garbage bag etc would have been really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! This condo was the cleanest one we have ever rented. Very spacious and plenty of room for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed having the separate bar and ice machine for drinks. Everyone especially enjoyed the lazy river. One of the pools is 21 only, fyi. Overall was a wonderful condo and perfect for our family vacation.

Fabulous condo

What a beautiful condo with a picture-perfect view. This place was awesome and accommodated the friends and family we had all staying together on vacation. This property was clean and beautiful! We enjoyed our family vacation very much. Access to the beach and pools were wonderful. Only downside was the parking garage (you have to drive up to the 12th level to be next to the condo). Other than that, wonderful from beginning to end!
