This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a relaxing open floor plan complete with a full kitchen. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony and enjoy an extraordinary view where you are able scan the Gulf of Mexico, the Perdido Pass and beautiful shoreline.

When entering the condo, immediately to your left is the first bedroom with two queen beds, closet space, TV and ensuite bathroom. Continue down the hall and enter the open floor plan with a full kitchen (stocked with all of your basic cooking needs), an eating area that will seat 6, and the living room with an open view of the gulf. Just off of the living room is the second (main) bedroom with a king-sized bed, closet space, TV, ensuite bathroom and access directly onto the balcony. The perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine, in pure serenity. There is also a washer/dryer combo in the condo for your convenience.

During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

Seasonal CHAIR AND UMBRELLA RENTALS are handled by Perdido Beach Services.

*PARKING PASSES: Two passes maximum. The parking pass fee is set by the HOA and is a one-time fee, not nightly. Prior to arrival, you will receive an email to register your vehicle(s) and submit payment for your parking pass(es).
