The property, aesthetically, is beautiful. The unit is absolutely huge with plenty of room for our group of 8. There are a lot of updates that the condo needs though. The main sliding door to the balcony was inoperable for 3 1/2 of the days we were there. The communication about it with the management company was great and they did make it right. The grill needs to be either deep cleaned or completely replaced. Seals on shower doors all need replaced. We were surprised by the lack of utensils, garbage cans and extras like paper towels and toilet paper for the size and price of the unit. Last heads up is that if anything is wrong, because the unit is managed by Caribe and not Spectrum, it takes longer for things to be resolved. Overall though - we had a very nice experience.

Great location, but some issues that still haven’t been fixed from past reviews

Very beautiful property and spacious. However, all the electrical outlets in kitchen did not work. So to run the toaster, we had to plug it up in the living room. Stayed at unit over the holidays and apparently the maintenance people don’t work then. Although beautiful unit, it didn’t have many things like baking sheets, a wine opener, etc. Also, hot tub should be called “Luke-warm” tub. Told the spa person about the issue and she said “maybe it will get hotter later”. I spent thousands of dollars on this rental, and expected a lot more.

Family Getaway

Communication was great from the start. Check-in was fast and easy. Saturday 4-6pm elevators are busy due to people checking in so patience is important. Get on a down elevator to come back up. After that day and time ZERO problems with elevators. Rooms and facilities are gorgeous. Kids did water slide, lazy river and hung out at the beach We even extended because we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely stay there again.
