The bedroom is nicely furnished and has a flat screen TV and a closet for your belongings. Phoenix East is a low density complex with unbeatable amenities and great views of Perdido Pass. Parking: You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and we input your information into VRPaccessdotcom and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. Parking passes cost $60 per vehicle for the entire stay. The maximum number of passes that can be purchased for this unit is 2 but based upon occupancy of the complex during your stay, it might be possible to purchase additional passes at the building’s service desk (note: additional passes likely won’t be available during peak seasons).

Chair and umbrella can be rented from Ike`s Beach Service.

The oven doesn't work

To my surprise, the oven knobs had nothing on them, no notches, numbers, indications, NOTHING. The information had been worn off. The only thing that was visible was the word "BAKE" I wasted cinnamon rolls and biscuits because of this. The place wasn't very clean and very worn.

Wonderful

Many who were traveling with us complained of dated accomodations at this location. While I would suggest replacing or at least adding back the temps to the oven, overall our unit was nicely appointed and recently painted.

The views are great. Needs a good update, recliner is broke, king size bed needs a frame, and the sliding doors need new seals the wind whistles through the condo. But it has a homey feel.
